Renovation and expansion of a Colonial Revival house

DCA expanded and completely renovated this charming colonial revival house situated in a beautiful rolling landscape. A new wing houses a guest suite and private study. A second wing, tucked behind the house, has a new kitchen with a home gym below it.

The new rooms have vaulted ceilings and oversized windows allowing for bright open spaces. Custom cabinetry and panelling throughout the entire house give warmth and intimacy to the home. New fieldstone terraces off all the main living spaces to allow the family to enjoy the interior and exterior seamlessly, and visually anchor the house to the landscape.
